Head Office Training
Wesleyan’s dedicated Training Department delivers a variety of in-house
courses and structured training programmes. We invest a great deal in our
employees’ development and you will benefit from a combination of formal and
informal training. Ongoing support is provided not only from the training
team but also your own team, other internal departments and managers.
Field Training
The Academy is a field training programme which strikes the right balance
between classroom learning and in-field activity in order to ensure that
sufficient support is provided to recruits, whilst at the same time giving them
the opportunity to learn on the job.
