Our banking arm - Wesleyan Bank - was founded in 1993 as a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Wesleyan Assurance Society. We specialise in supporting professionals such as
doctors, dentists, teachers and lawyers.
Our opportunities
Apply to become a Personal Banker and you'll be dealing with processing new business,
customer enquiries and admin, while providing a friendly and efficient service to
our professional customers. It's a flexible and varied role with good incentives
and you'll have the added bonus of knowing that whilst you're talking to customers
over the phone, you?re not working in a typical call centre environment. There's
no weekend working and hours are typically 8am - 6pm.
Apply to become a Senior Personal Banker and you'll be able to use your training
and coaching skills to bring out the best performance from our team. We'll give
you responsibility for monitoring calls and answering more difficult queries. You'll
also have the opportunity to get involved in implementing new products and processes.
Apply to become our Arrears Manager and you'll be taking a leadership role in our
new, dedicated arrears team. Making use of your existing expertise, you'll help
us to develop new procedures and practices. And in the longer term, there will be
plenty of opportunity for further career development.
