The Society offers staff a competitive salary that is reviewed annually.
All new employees will be entitled to 25 days per annum. This will increase by an additional day after three complete holiday years until reaching the maximum entitlement of 28 days. Plus 8 day's bank holiday.
The Society operates an optional contributory pension scheme (Career Average Revalued Earnings Scheme, C.A.R.E.). There are 3 tiers of contribution rates, 4.0%, 5.75% or 7.5%. As a member of the scheme, you will also be eligible for death in service benefits of 4 times Final Pensionable Salary.
