In addition, over 500 staff work at our Head Office in Birmingham city centre, in departments such as Customer Services, Sales Operations, General Insurance, Marketing, Compliance, Actuarial, HR, Finance, IT and Wesleyan Bank.
Earlier this year we launched The Academy, providing high level training to experienced and non-experienced recruits who are looking for a successful career as a Financial Consultant. The Academy provides candidates with the full support to achieve full Financial Services Qualifications along with practical field training before being released into the field as fully competent Financial Consultants.
