Training

At Tunstall we have always been aware that developing our employees helps to maintain our leading position within our markets. Consequently, we have a history of supporting employees on external job related vocational courses. These have ranged from basic courses such as CLAIT and IBT, to BTEC National and Higher Certificates through to first and second degrees, along with NVQs in areas such as manufacturing, stores, customer service, business admin & IT, as well as professional qualifications such as the AAT, CIMA, CIPS and the CIPD.

Our employees are also regularly sent on external training courses to improve their skills and knowledge. This is also supported by internal training delivered by local departmental trainers.
