Our Sales Division consists of 6 Areas located throughout the England Wales and
Northern Ireland these Areas are looked after by 6 dedicated Area Sales
Managers who, in turn, are managed by 2 Regional Controllers. The makeup of our
stores is usually a Sales Manager and 2 Sales Consultants although this does
vary depending on the size of the outlet. This structure ensures that all staff
have a line manager available at all times to offer support and advice. It is a
successful formula that has allowed the Business to continuously grow and
become a market leader.
Our sales staff are taken through a bespoke training course that allows them to
join established teams as an equal and also gives them a dynamic knowledge of
systems and products is unrivalled in our industry. All our sales staff are
paid a basic salary and included into a very generous commission scheme that
also includes a number of periodic bonuses. Sleepmasters prides itself on an
