Built in the mid 1800's the Historic Eastham Ferry sits proudly on the banks of the Mersey with unrivalled views across the river. Nestled on the edge of the beautiful Eastham Country Park with its famous "Bear Pit" and pleasure gardens from the old zoo, makes this the ideal family location.
The pub has scope for growth. It is a Two for One with a 60% food split and is a seasonal business.
The pub benefits from a first floor function room which has hosted several events including the Merseyside & Cheshire Mayoral annual meeting.
There are 3 bedrooms in the Managers accommodation.

Due to an internal move we are looking for a manager / management couple that will provide presence, stability & leadership to the team.
This house needs a manager / management couple who have a proven track record of being sales & profit driven. They must be able to demonstrate the highest of standards and a commitment to recruiting and developing a great team to deliver consistently fantastic customer service. They must be able to produce an effective marketing plan that is achievable
