Pub Manager – The Winding Wheel, Cannock
A large community local located next to a large Tesco’s in a residential area of Cannock. The site has recently undergone a large refurbishment and is a family friendly pub which has Sky 3D. The pub has a strong emphasis on teams with darts, pool and football teams already established. This site also has a solid food trade which accounts for 12% of total net sales.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a manager/management couple who have a proven track record in running a community local.
Evidence of strong controls, sales growth and high level of customer service is paramount, as is the ability to grow the community base through events and activities
