Pub Manager – The Boundary
The Boundary is a large community pub based on an affluent housing estate in South Normanton. This is a unique site with 13 bedrooms and a large conference room.
The pub hosts regular community events from speed dating to live entertainment. Sky sports is a strong feature.
Being close to the A38 and M1, the hotel is popular with business guests and the function room is great venue for weddings and private functions.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a manager/management couple who have a proven track record in running a pub business with bedrooms and function facilities.
Evidence of strong controls, sales growth and high level of customer service is paramount, as is the ability to grow the community base through events and activities
