Pub Manager -The Griffin, Loughborough
The Griffin is a large town centre local in Loughborough. This is a wet led pub which is popular with students and local residents. There is a strong emphasis on teams and community events. Sky sports is also a strong feature.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a manager/management couple who have a proven track record in running a community local.
Evidence of strong controls, sales growth and a high level of customer service is paramount, as is the ability to grow the community base through events and activities.
