All our food-led pubs share certain qualities – a warm welcome, good quality food and cask ales. They are informal pubs for people who like to meet, talk, eat and drink in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
Are you the right person for the job?
We ask that you genuinely enjoy customer interaction, are passionate and knowledgeable about food and enjoy selling quality cask ales. In addition it’s about;
· Building trade and maximising profit through management of P&L
· Excellent stock control and managing key ratios in line with budget
· Training, developing and motivating a team
· Adhering to and delivering legal and company standards as well as; all the little touches that help you stand out from the rest
