We have over 170 stores across UK and Republic of Ireland, with major plans for growth over the next three years.
Maybe your sights will already be set on being a Store Manager, or to gain more retail management experience. Through our focussed approach to development, we’ll help you develop so that you will be ready to take on added responsibility. You will be responsible for managing key product areas and will have the ability to stand in for the manager in their absence.
Our Sales Team Leaders enjoy both working with our products and customers to ensure they find the right solution / product, and also want to take the first step into retail management. We are looking for people with an interest and basic knowledge in our products but who can also demonstrate excellent customer service skills. We have a Retail NVQ programme which will assist in your development in key areas, dependent on meeting certain funding criteria. With some previous retail experience you will be able to demonstrate success in working within a customer focused retail environment.
