Retail Assistant Manager & Sales Team Leader Opportunities

As the leading specialist retailer in electronic components in both the UK and Republic of Ireland, we have an expanded product range which includes audio accessories, computer hardware and peripherals, toys and gadgets, all supported by excellent customer service. We have over 180 stores across UK and Republic of Ireland, with major plans for growth over the next three years.
To support this growth we now need to recruit experienced managers at Assistant / Team Leader level.
You may be working in a similar retail environment or have management experience gained in another field.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as either a team leader or assistant manager, be able to demonstrate a commercial approach to business, a proven KPI based track record, have a flair for motivating and developing your team, have experience of delivering a coaching culture within your team, have experience of a fast paced customer focused environment, and be able to demonstrate a hands on approach. An interest in our extensive product range would also be advantageous.

Maybe your sights will already be set on being a Store Manager, or to gain more retail management experience. Through our focussed approach to development, we’ll help you develop so that you will be ready to take on added responsibility. You will be responsible for managing key product areas and will have the ability to stand in for the manager in their absence.
